Vista - Vista Error using AOA DVD products

When I try to run any of the AOA DVD products, I get a message immediately after double clicking that the program has stopped working, and when I look at the problem details, I get:

I have added the program to the list to allow for DEP, and have also tried running it in XP Compatibilty mode. The support people for AOA have no idea what is wrong. If anyone can give me a hand, it will be GREATLY appreciated.
