RE LG KF600
I seem to have a compatibility issue between this phone and Vista - I've contacted LG who have been little or no help so far.
My problem centres around the transfer of photographs from the phone to PC, the phone software itself will not even allow this to happen and in fact closes so I changed to using the phone as a USB device. Using it as a storage device means I can move pictures over BUT when viewing the files on the phone or during import and then viewing on the PC they turn into a tiny rectangular shaped slits and remain as such unless opened in e.g. Quicktime picture viewer. I assume therefore the main compatibility issue here seems to be with Windows Photo Gallery?
NB I put the warped-looking images onto a seperate USB stick and looked at them on my husbands PC which runs XP - they appeared as they should on the Windows Picture and Fax viewer. I then tried to look at them on my daughters PC which runs Vista Home Basic and they appeared the same as on mine which runs Vista Home Premium.
Anyone have any ideas on a resolution?
