Vista - I can't uninstall ulead video studio 10

I can't uninstall ulead video studio 10 from my computer " windows vista home premium 32 " a message appear from programs and features that :i have a xp sp2 program's and must close any opened programs . i did but nothing happen .
other message when vista startup vista go to color basic ....? help
ccleaner not wok in my system

and when i pressed ok another message:
setup has experienced an error please do the following:
close any running programs
empty your temporary folder
chek out your internet connection (internet based-setup)
then try to runs setup programs
error code 5001
the 2 message from normal mode and from safe mode the same
help meee please.
