Vista - Security Assessment Tool will not launch

BLongo Vista Home Premium 1 posts	Security Assessment Tool will not launch I am trying to install the Microsoft Security Assessment Tool (MSAT v4) on my new Vista Home Premium laptop but it never launches. All I get is a "The Security Assessment Tool has stopped working" message. Any thoughts?
