| Vista Business x64 SP2 | Problem of Tunneling HTTP-Traffic over PuTTY on Vista Hi, I'm trying to tunnel my HTTP-Traffic and DNS-Traffic over SSH with PuTTY. I already tried that before on XP (it still works) and I already did that on Vista (before SP1) and it worked as well. I didn't need it on Vista for some time now, and as I wanted to try it again recently, it didn't work. PuTTY itself doesn't give me any error, the same settings I use for XP are used here as well, the same with Firefox (the app I'm tunneling), every setting is the same, so I fear the problem lies with Vista. Does anyone have an idea or a hint what I can do here? cheers, meta |
