problem with the cmd

I don't know why but suddenly, I couldn't see the cmd window.
I mean I can see it only when it is in enlarged state, but when I change it again to the natural size it disappeared and shown only as a minimized window (which is not)

can anyone help me please?

I discovered that I can see it when I click on the cmd (right click) and open it as an administrator.
by the way, i am the administator.
