.Net Framework Causing Non-Genuine

I just re-installed vista, and every time i install .net framework 3 it starts giving me this error message:


and it fails the genuine test (it passed before the framework was installed). if i uninstall it, it passes again. i need this framework for fallout 3 though, so i need it installed.

once i have it installed i can't even access the control panel. it won't let me at all.

I notice that your screen shot had the text, "Use the link below to find out how to fix your system."

What happened when you tried the link?

it went to the genuine test, which i failed.
