Need some help! When ever i go to a website like youtube etc and some gaming sites i am getting a message saying that you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get latest flash player click here.
I have tried to check if java is turned off and it seems ok...i think.
I downloaded the latest version of adobe flash player 10.0.12.36, it says it has installed successfully but i still can not play and videos or online games.
When i go into programs and features in the control panel i can only see adobe shockwave player 11 which was apparently installed several months ago, but nothing about the one i just installed. It also lists several versions of java tm 6 updates 2,4 7 and 12 which i updated at the same time as the adobe flash player 10.0.12.36
These problems seemed to came about when i tried installing a disc for my daughter, the game required several add ons but once installed the game did not play and did not get any error messages either. I tried uninstalling the game but this did not resolve the problem. I also tried a system restore but this did not work either and i still keep getting the same messages on websites saying you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.
