| Vista Home Basic | Problem reporting and solutions stopped working My PR&S has ceased to function,it just stopped working,does Anyone know why or did I turn something off that was supposed to stay on?? This is driving me nuts,could someone please help me?? I'm a novice and this really bugs me!! |

You can access both from the control panel-administrative tools. Here's a list that shows the default settings for the services. Check to make sure you have Problem Reports and Solutions and Windows Error reporting set appropriately restart them if they're stopped and any others that may have been changed different from the default settings. Yor soluiton led to discover my PR&S was set for Windows XP!! of all things,so I just sent that report right over to Microsoft,NANA NANA BOO Boo!! It seems sometimes when I go to use my printer the offline is checked even when I haven't ever checked it. I reinstalled my printer and it worked for one time and now I am back offline. Help I have an HP1210v all-in-one |
