converting dbx file to livemail

I have converted several dbx files from Outlook Express to livemail successfully, but one dbx file won't go over. When I browse to it, sometimes, livemail says the file is empty (it has 20 megs of documents) and other times it doesn't even see the file. Does anyone know how to get this file to convert to livemail? thanks
