Vista - money 2002 and vista problems

Help! I used to run money 2002 on my xp computer without any problems. I have now installed the same version of money on my vista pc. It works perfectly in every respect except it wont connect to my bank to download my accounts or do background banking. I get a dialogue box saying check internet settings, I can connect manually to get statements so I know my connection is fine. Does anyone know if this is due to a new security setting or some other reason.
