If you run WERCON and then click "view problem history" on the left, can you see these Outlook.exe crashes?

If so, is there a minidump.mdmp file associated with any of them in the problem report? These are a memory dump summary of what caused Outlook to crash, and if you can upload one of those files here someone might be able to help.

First of all, thank you so much for your reply.

Second, yes, I can see all those "outlook.exe" crashes (49 to be precise).

In the problem report section, I cant see any thing like "minidump.mdmp"

Except for the info I put in my first message, I have only the following information

Extra information about the problem
LCID: 3082
Brand: Office12Crash
skulcid: 3082
Bucket ID: 847126933

Someone recommended me to uninstall the "google desk top". I did it and I unisntalled/installed the whole office. I realized that, as soon I started the outlook for the very first time after the installation, a window appeared saying that the outlook was not properly closed, and offering to start in a kind of safe mode. On the other hand, while the outlook is starting, it is possible to distinguish in the window that the account I added to the outlook it's still there. So taking into account both facts, I infer that some information is not being deleted while uninstallin/reinstalling the office. That's why the reinstallation is not solving the problem. I do suspect this is the path to solve the problem, but I have no idea how to do it.

What do you think?

Again, thank you

Hello again Delphin,

I have read all the info in the section of the forum you sent me and tried a) type outlook /clearviews in run and b) outlook /safe in run. None worked.

I found scanpst.exe but I cant find any pst or ost file to check them in the same folder “scanpst.exe” is. I also tried to find them throught the start menu. I found nothing. DO you think think this is the origin of the problem (not having such kind of files)?

The rest of the solutions in the forum, I think don’t apply to my problem.

Thanks
ESánchez
