Hey there,
m a newbie to Vista and just wondering how can i let a particular program like yahoo messenger to run on a spefic account??

It should be the same procedure as MSN Messenger. You install the program with administrator rights (You) and the messenger should be initialized by the rest of the user accounts created. You should setup the program by default to run on startup so Vista acknowledges & implements to the UAC. A Guest account might not engage the program due to it's limited priviliges and the administrator would have to set them in the Security settings and establish new policy settings.

parental controls, user you want to make the application only work on

allow and block certain programs
user can only user certain programs i allow
then deslect all the ones you dont want to open

keep all the services ticked though

sorry if it does not work
