Possibly related to the recent Adobe exploit that was announced a couple of weeks ago? Maximum PC magazine recommended using Secunia PSI, which is a program that scans programs like Adobe for vulnerabilities and then automatically patches them to resolve security exploits. I used it and it found security exploits for Adobe and Foxit and patched them both. It's free and a quick download and install, so you might try it and see if it resolves the issue. If not I'm afraid IE8 is new enough I don't have any information on it yet to offer other suggestions. Sorry.

Thank you SuperFuzz for the information about Secunia PSI, it found same security threats and I fixed them by going to the links(Adobe Flash Player&Foxit Reader).
I haven't seen the warning so far,so I assume this fixed my problem, Thanks again.
