convert to outlook from webmail?

I have been using our hosting company's web mail server system for my email (icewarp web mail 5.6.7 - http://www.icewarp.com/products/icewarp_email_server_software. The web mail program is very basic, but hey it works. So I've been using it for almost 5 years and I guess cause all that stuff is still on there, it's running really slow.

So my biz partners are all using Outlook for their email using the POP3. They all work directly into the office, but I work from home and ocasionaly I travel, which is why i have just continued to use the web mail program.

Our IT guy has convinced us to switch hosts and I need to get my emails of the current hosts serve and get it onto Outlook.

I need something that is going to do this -

1- Emails are stored on current hosts serves are organize d and ready to be removed from the servers.

2- I would prefr that the email is put in my base machine, but I would like to also be able to backup or clone the base outlook acct then transfer that file to a different machine so on the the road I can still access my old emails.

How could I do that? Can Outlook do that, or do I need a different email client?

Thanks of the help. The guy is wanting to switch hosts serve soon, so I'm also on a bit of a tiem crunch.
