| Vista Ultimate X32 | Paperport 11 - How-to-guide I have been trying to install Paperport 11 Professional (on VISTA Ultimate Professional X32 computer) and it loads but when I open the program up a message pops up saying that it is trying to load/open the "How-to-Guide" - but can not do so and then it crashes. The only option I have is to click on an "X" or icon to terminate the program. Does anyone know how to get around this problem?  |

I used to use Paperport 9 and 10 and I must say the installation was tricky to say the least. Lots of uninstall/reinstall until I got it right.  I don't know whether you have Bundled with Scanner Version, a CD/DVD Version, or a Downloaded version. I went to NUANCE site and got this [clicky]Nuance - Support - Knowledge Base for you and if it doesn't help, I'd suggest contacting their Support Staff. I could find no more on this problem in their Knowledge Base; but that doesn't mean they haven't heard about it.Best of luck, Jakeman97 |
