| Vista Home Premium 32bit | DirectX Won't Install Went to the MS download site to download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer and can only get as far as initializing the setup. After accepting the agreement I get this error message: An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXE-error.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem. I then downloaded DirectX SDK and it installed ok but I uninstalled it because I didn't need all it contained and thought that if it installed ok, the other basic one should too, but when I tried it again, I got the same error message. Any idea what is going on here? Thanks!! 32 bit Home Premium, SP1 |
