Can you use Movie Maker on Vista Business?

I am about to purchase a Toshiba Satellite laptop. It's only available with Vista Business but I know that I will want to get movie maker. Based on the following specs, do you think I will be able to install movie maker and use it easily and conveniently? Or do I have to have Vista Premium in order to conveniently use Movie Maker?

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6570, 2GB DDR2, 160GB 5400rpm SATA, DVD- SuperMulti, Intel WiFi Link 5100AGN, 15.4” TruBrite widescreen WXGA,
Microsoft Windows Vista Business / XP Professional Downgrade CD, 2 year
standard limited warranty, Webcam
