.DOC and .PSD file appearance issue

I have an issue where I lost the file association for .DOC and .PSD files, but I restored them and now the icons look like this instead of the full icon. Can anyone please help me? I am on 64bit home premium.

Re: .DOC and .PSD file appearance issue

Which version of word are you using?
Is it doing it for all types of documents i.e. rich text format, doc format, xml format?

Office 2007, just for .doc because I screwed around with what it opens with as a default, I changed this back but now the icon is stuffed up.
