Vcr to tv card question

Hi....

i got a vcr that is connected to my tv tuner card using wmc using RF giving bad
quality

any chance that there is a RF to av converter or something like tt

Yes there is exactly that. You can find one in any a/v department for about $20

This is what you want. Just about everyone has one (i.e. Walmart, Kmart, Radio Shack)

It just hit me you said you want RF to A/V, what I show is the other way round.
So I did a little more looking and I don't think there is any way to do that.
Sorry to get your hopes up.
Your VCR doesn't have an A/V out? Most do and I think this may be the only way is to upgrade.

Ok since there is none... my next question is ...

For WMC.. is there a plugin of some sort to reduce the noise and hopefully make the picture smoother of the RF thng
