| Vista Enterprise 32 bit | Encarta 2008 won't install on vista We have Vista enterprise 32-bit. Encarta installs fine on XP, but with Vista I get the following message "Setup cannot find the file: \encarta\LRNGESSL\MSXML6\MSI. If your product is part of Microsoft works Suite, plese install from the works Suite Setup." It isn't part of Works. The folders do not exist and obviously aren't needed for XP. I'm at a loss how to work around this issue and get the application installed on a brand new lab of Vista machines. Help? Charra |
