Something running inside SPOOLSV on your machine is causing it to crash.
I'd suggest not bothering with "Buy Me And I'll Fix Your PC" utilities because they almost universally suck, plus you're more likely to fix it yourself anyway - assuming it can be fixed in a practical way after that virus infestation
Can you paste some of the technical data from that error report here, or attach it as a text file? I'm interested in the "stack" mostly.
