| Vista Home Premium 32bit | can't load Gateway Recovery Center I am unable to load the Gateway Recovery Center. I select 'Gateway Recovery Center', then 'Factory Restore', then I'm asked to restart to begin the recovery process, but then the computer only reboots to the Vista desktop, and does not load the Recovery. I have used the Recovery center before with no issues at all, the recovery file (PC ANGEL) remains on the D: partition as always. I just chatted with costumer service explaining this issue, she sent me a link explaining how to enter recovery with 'F8', but I get the same result, when the computer restarts to load the recovery center it boots back into Windows. Surely there's another way to access that partition, and do a factory restore? Thank you for your time. |
