Vista - Nero problems in Event Viewer

Is there someone out there using Nero 9 or who can tell me what these errors mean and how to fix them? I'll try the Nero forum but I am trying here first because I have found many here who to be very educated as to what these event viewer messages mean...

Okay... I'm getting these errors about twice a day, sometimes just 2, sometiimes 4. Here are the 4:

Actually there are only 2, each one happens right next to /on top of each other/ at the same time.

All say Source - "SideBySide" and Event Number 78

Anyone know what this means or how to prevent/ fix it?
