| Vista Home Basic | Uninstalled Roxio that came with laptop, have been having problems since I uninstalled the original Roxio software that came with my laptop, and ever since I've been having problems converting video files. I'm assuming this is the reason why, I can't say that I know for certain, but is there any way to fix this and reinstall the software or am I going to have to do a full restore? |
