Nevermind. I just did an AutoHotKey script that plays a sound for copy and paste and lets the hotkeys pass through. Works fine when you know you have all the keys down at the same time.
edit: I put the little AutoHotKey app on my site in case anyone running 64 bit has the same problem. It's called ChimeCopy and it's on this page: http://www.favessoft.com/hotkeys.html
The Readme.txt enclosed in the download has a link where you can download Network Clipboard. Both programs are free.
