Instant Messenger w/ Video Chat

Hello everybody.. I made the switch from mac to pc. So far its been an OK experience but Im glad I'm a PC. But the problem I have is that I have friends who use IChat. I talk to these guys on a daily basis but I havent been able to find a vista program where we can video chat. They are mainly AIM user that just like the ichat interface. I tried downloading AIM but it wouldnt install. Is there any other options. I know skype is an option but I dont think you can add AIM user to your friends list.

OK so audio and video work with it.. I think the verison I had was 6.5 or something like that ..
