I am new to Vista and Vista forums and hope someone will take pity on me and help. I must be totally computer illiterate because I have read through the threads about virtual pc and am completely confused. I have a brand new Sony vaio laptop which has Vista Home Premium and is 64 bit. I would like to put virtual pc on to run some xp programs which are not compatible with Vista. There is a web page, http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx, which has a windows xp mode and several virtual pc apps (2007, etc.) Could someone tell me whaat I need and point me to a step by step guide on installation. Remember, I am illiterate!!!
