Won't install into Vista 64-bit Service Pack 2:
“The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.” I don't think it's an Internet clog; the program brought up the error message before it tried to access the 'Net.

Install won't work Run As Admin, with firewall disabled, or in any compatibility of the modes. The same error shows up each time. The problem is described as follows:

Hello Pauliewalnuts,

Sorry to here you can't install this software on your 64bit machine. :( Have no idea why this happened. Also I guess the Service Pack 2 is not problem here. I was able to install it without any problem on mine. There was no problem to registered the application, too.

Please try to do it again after rebooting your pc, perhaps it will help in this.

Again, really sorry for inconvenience in installing this software. :o

Installs fine on my Vista SP2 x64 and on 7137 x64

You might like to untick the "sky media pack" during install - if you don't want the toolbar and homepage change.
