Wrong file date\size in "Programs an Features"

Hi I use Vista64 SP1 on my HP HDX Dragon laptop

Recently I had a problem with Nvidia drivers and I used CCleaner to remove some leftovers from the registry - Maybe that is that is cause of the following problem:

In "Programs and Features" several programs in the list report a wrong size (for example 63GB instead than 1GB) and a wrong installatio date (one is supposed to have been installed in 2042) -

I also have some icon problem, some icons are mismatched in that list (but that may not be related because it happened in the past and I fixed it by using a small program called rebuildIcons.exe.

What can Ii do to fix all that?

Thanks
