Software RAID 0 for Vista Business 64bit?

I have vista business 64bit installed on my 8 core mac pro and I have the ATTO ul5d installed. I also have Mac OS installed on another internal drive and that is what I am most familiar with. I have no prior experience with windows or PS's. On the Mac OS side I have 6 15k scsi drives in and external case and they are striped in a raid 0 using softraid. I know that I can not use softraid or even use those drives in vista. But I also have another 6 drives in another case that I would like to stripe in a raid 0 and use them in vista, for photoshop scratch. Is there any raid 0 software for vista?

Go into the Disk Manager (diskmgmt.msc). Select the unallocated space you want to use for the stripe set (RAID 0). Right-click, "New Striped Volume..."

Re: Software RAID 0 for Vista Business 64bit?

So I followed your instructions, right clicked on one of the drives then selected new striped volume, then selected the next 5 disks. They are 36gb drive. In the window where you select the disks you want to use it says "total volume size..": 209238, "maximum available space..": 3874. The I tried different sizes for the "select the amount of space...", all under 209238. Then, the first time, I assigned the letter K, then selected "default" for the "allocation unit size". After selecting next then verifying the settings, I click finish and I get a message saying that "there not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation". The next time I tried it the letter K was no longer available, I selected another letter and smaller size and I still go the same message?

These drivers where originally formatted on a mac. So before I could try and create a stripe I had to delete the volume. Could this have anything to do with my problem?
