| x64 Home Premium | audio and video out of sync I have downloaded a movie, and the audio has a -300 ms delay. Simple enough to correct while playing using VLC, but, can someone suggest a way to actually permanently correct the issue? An ap that will split the audio and video, I tell it to add a -300 ms delay, and then re-merge the parts? |
