| Vista Ultimate x64 sp2, Solaris x64 | Re: Free Today - Paragon Drive Copy 9.0 Personal SE (English Version) If you feel the need to upgrade to larger hard drive, there is no problem to do this using this software. It depends how large your data is and what you store on your drive. Btw, you can use your old drive in the external enclosure to keep the backup there. Cheers... You can also get the free Paragon hard disk manager 9.5 SE (full version), that includes all the features of the drive backup 9.0 SE, and partition manager 9.0 SE, as well as maintenance utilities (like full defragger, disk diagnostics, and drive wipe*). *For those not aware, "formating", and "deleting" doesnt really remove the data off the hard drive, and it can still be recovered. To truly remove data it must be "overwritten"...hence the neccessity of a drive "wipe" utility. This software is ideal if you have XP, Premium or Basic as it includes the same Utilities as Vista Business and Ultimate for Data and drive imaging, as well as incremental backups, and a bootable recovery disk as well as a drive partitioner, and drive wipe for those upgrading/discarding an HDD. [Includes both 32-bit and 64-bit] Download, and click the button at install screen to register/get key and serial emailed to you: note- app is 317mb, and depending on your Internet Speed, and server congestion, may take awhile to download. http://www.vnudownloads.co.uk/hdm95.exe Looks like you beat my find with the Hard Drive Manager. I would like to thank you for this, will download and create the bootable disc for future use. Thanks a lot for that Rive.Cheers... |
