Programs not responding again please help!

Hey ive asked this before and we found the source to my problem but.
i remember you guys saying i should make a dump file
i did and now i dont know how to open it lol
i sent it to an ausome guy on the forums and he located my problem and got it
well now i click browse in my antivirus and it says not responding
i just need to know how to stop it from responding
its Kapersky and i want to change the liscense key and it says i need
yo press browse and when i do it freezes
any ideas
