Crop sizes in photo gallery

Hi hope someone here can help either in normal windows photo gallery or windows live photo gallery

normal windows photo gallery - This has sizes 16 x 9, a4, 6 x 4, 4 x 3 , but doesnt have the other sizes like

7"x5"7.5"x5"8"x6"8"x8"9"x6"10"x7"5 x 512"x5"
12"x8"12"x10"
Is there a plug in i can get for either of the 2 photo gallerys
