| Vista Ultimate x64 | Logitech Desktop Manager I just built a new desktop, installed Windows Vista Ultimate x64, and then after installing the drivers for my Logitech G15 keyboard, (found here, ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/keyboards/g15/), the software for running the LCD on the keyboard errors out upon startup, showing a MS Visual C++ run-time error. ![]() What's really starting to tick me off is that once this started occurring, (about 3-5 days ago), I have emailed Logitech Technical support, but so far, NO response. Not even an automatic response acknowledging they got the email. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Full system specs are: AMD Phenom II x4 2.6GHz CPU ASUS M4N72-E MoBo 8gb Corsair XMS 2 DDR2 800MHz SDRAM EVGA GeForce GTX 275 video card Seagate 1TB hdd Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro sound card Thermaltake 850W PSU LG Blu-Ray/HD DVD-ROM Alienware Predator 2.0 case Asus VH226H 21.5" HDMI Widescreen monitor |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Logitech Desktop Manager Hey Stoneys, thanks for the reply, however, that was actually my first place to get the drivers, but then when I tried to run it, it would crash out. That's when I emailed Logitech and got no reply, someone at my local pc store informed me to try the site I originally listed. However, that only installed the drivers, and now cannot get the software for the LCD to run. |

| Vista Ultimate x64, SP2 | Re: Logitech Desktop Manager If this has only been going on for a few days, have you tried a system restore to before that point ?. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: Logitech Desktop Manager Try the Logitech Forums here - Keyboards and Keyboards + Mice Combo Sets - Logitech Forums. Should be able to get some help, but don't expect any Logitech personal to chime in. Also you said Quote: the software for running the LCD on the keyboard errors out upon startup, showing a MS Visual C++ run-time error. ![]() Download details: Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) Download details: Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) I would also try those latest Logitech drivers after the updates. Good luck. |
