Firefox plugin for capturing flash files

I am in a dire attempt looking for a firefox plugin that can download all the flash files on A website . I have tried few but not fully satisfied. Could you suggest few ??:)
I need to get one single plugin that works fine for all websites.

OK , I have got the answer. No plugins , no add ons ... it all happens manually babe ... Just check out my Blog to get a slice of garden fresh article containing the evergreen trick (with screenshots)....
