Deleted recent mail contents

Hi
I deleted my recent E-mail contents from the folder Recent E-mail.
So i lost my mails from outlook 2003 also
How can i recover tha mails

What kind of cnfiguration you are using. Is it pop3?

It may be possible to recover those files if you have system restore running, by using Shadow Explorer. Also, if your using Vista Ultimate, there's the 'previous versions' option via right click.

What kind of cnfiguration you are using. Is it pop3?

I am using POP3 and my OS is vista business 32bit. Mail client using is out look 2003

Sorry to tell u,

that u cannot get it back in the case of pop3 configuration.

if it is a exchange server configuration we can try to retrive it :(
