Vista - How to remove McAfee Personal Firewall.

When go into security center on Vista, it says I have 2 firewalls enabled. Windows Firewall and McAfee Personal Firewall. I cannot find MPF anywhere! I want to delete/disable it. Anyone got any ideas on how to?

Note: I'm not using McAfee. It came with my computer and I stopped using it after the 30-day trial.

Hello Shortmantuff,

You should be able to uninstall it by selecting it from Programs and Features in the Control Panel. If not, then you might be able to using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool.

Thanks Shawn! The Removal tool did it. The program wasn't in my Program and Features, that's why I couldn't figure it out. But the Removal tool did the job.

was going to say you could also try using CCLEANER
