FAILED to install certain softwares......windows command processor troubling

when i run the setup file, the UAC opens a window with WINDOWS COMMAND PROCESSOR
in it, if I click "continue" a black window flashes on the screeen and vanishes before I can
read what's in it !!!!!.....same thing repeated when i tried to uninstall a program. But when i used revo uninstaller i could succeed ......i was wondering why i couldn't install or uninstall directly using setup files .......i could somehow uninstall indirectly by using an uninstaller but i never heard of any installer software.......can anybody plz help me out....what is this command processor ??....how does it function??..why is it interrupting the installation process??

Try right clicking on setup.exe and then left clicking "run as administrator" and see if it goes.
