Free DVD Shrink/Burn for Vista HP

I have tried to Google for a free DVD Shrink Program. They all seem to say they are free, but once you download them they suddenly want $40 to $60. Does anyone have an actual link to a truly free program that you can use to shrink and burn decrypted DVD's so I can back up my collection?

Here:

AfterDawn.com

At site use search function for: DVD Shrink Download.
Scroll down past ads. DVD Shrink v3.2.0.15 (freeware)

Although it says XP, I've used it on Vista, no problem.

RipIt4Me

It's not still being developed, but like DVD Shrink, it still works on a lot of DVDs. All the other software it requires can be downloaded from the same site.

:sarc: I have downloaded both programs, but then I go an double click them to install them and my screen starts blinking, and it starts replicating itself this across my bottom tool bar. The only way to get out of this is to hit ctr alt delete and log off. It does this with both of the programs. What is up with that?

I have no idea. I've used RipIt4Me, DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink on several versoions of XP, Vista and W7 with no problems. Try a malwarebytes scan.
