Stuff Isnt Deleteing

hey i have a sony vaio with preloaded vista i deleted all the accounts on it and started new ones so things like skype, live messenger and itunes i tryed things like ZapMessenger but it just keeps freezing and if i try going into programmes and uninstalling it but it says finish install/uninstalling what you are doing

so if you have any way of helping me that would be (good) no... awsome

Sorry, but I am not really sure what your problem is. Are you trying to uninstall programs and that does not work?

i am trying to uninstall and re-install all these programmes

Your best bet for uninstalling programs is the REVO Uninstaller: Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs, Solve uninstall problems But use the 4th option (you'll see).

it keeps saying "Another Installation is in progress complete that one before continueing this one" thats the problom i keep having i need an aplication that wont use the programmes uninstaller do you know how to restore a computer to its factory settings rather than anything else? ive tryed the "f8 while the computer is starting" method and the system restore method any glitch or method to do that would be very helpfull
