Dos Program does not run in Vista .... help!

I have upgraded to Vista from Windows'98, unfortunately one of my Dos Program has stopped working, can anyone give me a solution?

The Exe file properties, Compatibility mode set - to Windows 98 and clicked Run as Administrator also.

I have downloaded the DOSBox too, mounted the directory but doesn't seem to work.

you can consider using Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 (free for both 32-bit and 64-bit version) and install Windows 98 in a vrtual machine.

Keep me informed if that will fix the problem
