So yeah.. power supply took out my mainboard. Have to get new hardware and going from 32bit to 64bit Vista Ultimate.

I have been running windows live one care for a backup solution but have not yet had to do a restore and i'm not sure when the last one ran or for that matter what its grabbing as far as email goes. I run office 2007 enterprise and hence Outlook 2007 as my email client and have several folders including sent items and inbox that I want to get back as they were on my newly installed machine. Since I didn't have it autoarchiving to pst, is there a way to get this data on my new machine by having the old drive available to the new machine as a secondary data drive?

First post, so i'll give some info. I have been running Vista since I first got the Business version in my action pack subscription. had it on a media center pc and not using the media bits so I upgraded to vista ultimate about 2 yrs ago. Its been my hub for media sharing with my xbox and tons of other multimedia tasks without really anymore hickups than I had with XP over its lifetime. only going to 64bit so I could surpass the 4gb memory cap and maybe get some virtuals going later. I'll be getting my new AM3 board, with AMD Phenom II X3 proc, and to start 4gb of 1333 ddr3 memory tommorrow to put in my new Thermaltake Element S case with a nice Antec earthwatts 750 ps. just trying to get a jump on finding this out for a hopefully smooth rebuild/reinstall.

yes you can get your data back if you have your old drive connected as secondary :)
