hello every one....

I have a problem with a customer experience program that always ask me if i want to participate in customer experience.....i will say no but then after a few days or few weeks it pops up asking the same thing again.
I want to know how i can disable this program or remove it so i wont be bothered with it any more.

Re: need to disable program

If you are talking about the Windows Customer Experience program, even if you "opt out" of it, there is a hidden scheduled task in Vista that runs gathering stats anyway.

I would google on "opt out" "customer experience program" and also "how to remove a scheduled task" in the tutorials. Make sure in the View menu you click "display hidden tasks"

Hello 7vis,
If it is an HP message annoyance go to Task Scheduler - Task Scheduler Library - click on whichever is the culprit message [I have 3 ] - click on Properties under Actions [ right hand side ] - click on Triggers tab -click on the trigger message - Edit - Untick enabled - ok.
Let us know how you go.
