Corel draw x13

    Corel draw x13

    Any corel draw users out there that may be able to help?

    I'm using corel 13 and file wont open

    it shows size but no picture on thumbnail just the x13 symbol

    when I open theres nothing there or in the backup - is it stuffed?

    I've used Corel in the past. What size is your file? Can you attach the file for me to view? I'm just wondering if the file is corrupted.

    thankyou for your response - its a little difficult due to being a
    file of sensitive client information so cant send file

    file opens ok just appears nothing is there

    Hmmm... I can understand that. Can you open other files successfully? Can you create new files successfully?

    yes just this file - it has done it beofe in this version and other versions

    I'm sorry but if it's just that file, and others open correctly, it sounds like the file is corrupted.

    If this happens from time to time, you may want to run the chkdsk utility.
