Vista - Dell Studio 1535 - BSOD

Good Evening all ;

I own a Dell Studio 1535 Model , a few days back my laptop was actually having some Updates while Shutting down , Suddenly it stopped and my Laptop was Shut Down , Next day when I Started it , the system just showed me a BSOD !
I tried to use Start in Safe Mode , Factory restore options by Tapping F8 just after the start , but Nothing worked , It continously showed me BSOD after every process , Therefore I got nothing to help out , even after contacting Dell , as we all know a very weak response was what I got ; So I need a Little help out from you people If you can let me know the process of restoring my system back , and giving proceedings about how to format such Laptops , I never used vista before this :-/
Anyhow I'm even attaching the BSOD error clicked by my Camera !
I'll be thankful if I get the Solution as soon as Possible.
