| Vista 64 | NET framework Hi I want to install sqlexpress which needs at least .net 2 SP2. So I removed my previosly installed Visual Studio 2003 and tried to install NET 3.5. No success....is there any way to install ANY .NET framework on Vista 64? Thanks Michael |

| Vista 64 | Re: NET framework maybe 1 but no shure. So I'll look for the current sp now. Hope that helps...I tried to activate in System-software also but no luck. |

| Vista 64 | Re: NET framework so I could install a hotfix and then NET 3.5. But still while trying to install sqlexpress 2008 it says to reboot. reboot doesn't change anything. Therefore I tried to install more updates and SP1&2. No luck...it wanted to install 61 updates! and failes after around 3 hours. Only rolling back took another 4 hours  Any ideas on how to get around the sqlexpress REBOOT message? Thanks Michael |
