Hopefully I put this in the right place; If your are having trouble installing / upgrading the new move media system (it locks up) this worked for me. Go to your control panel > uninstall a program > find the move media system currently loaded on your computer > uninstall it. Go to abc.com to load the new player...do not, repeat do not go to the fox.com as it won't work. Simply follow the abc instruction...and you will be watching your favorite shows within a few minutes on the new viewer / player. It really looks good!
