| Vista Home Premium 32bit | validation error 1310 Hello everyone! I have a couple of queries and hope this is the correct thread as the search box returned no matches. I keep getting validation error 1310 when trying to install Java's Open Office(3.1) I have deleted (then restored) the offending file folder (appdata/roaming/microsoft/windows/templates) but there are more than one saying I have no permissions. Do I have to laboriously delete them all? I tried removing UAC and advanced properties editing but no joy. I am the administrator and sole user of this PC. So why am I informed that I am not the owner of this folder? Is it because I only use Works and didn't renew MS Office? If so, what do I do to get OO? |
